Mozilla not reading list-style-position?

Good afternoon! I recently started learning and encountered a situation that Mozilla does not read the list-style-position: outside property; if the width (ul or li) is set in %, if it is set in px - everything works fine. The problem with % is observed only in this browser. Tell me how to solve the problem while maintaining the property in%. Thanks in advance for your constructive response.
