How to make SeaMonkey even with several tabs displayed in the Windows 7 panel as one monolithic button?

Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, no matter how many tabs they have, are displayed in the Windows 7 panel as one task button, you click on it and immediately go to the browser window and there you already understand. In SeaMonkey, each tab is seen by Windows as a separate window, when you press the SeaMonkey button on the panel, it opens in a menu in which each tab is presented separately.
Is there a way to make SeaMonkey behave like Firefox and Chrome so that you can navigate to its window in one click?
Logically, in my opinion, the SeaMonkey approach is more correct, but in practice it is a little annoying.
