Moving to the cloud?

Hello.
I have a website hosted under Windows + MS SQL, the planned traffic is about 10 Gb / day.
I thought about moving it to the cloud, but I don't know where to start.
What to choose? Only Azure or are there any other options? Does it make sense to switch to NoSQL (.NET)?
Where is the best place to store content (images, files) coming from users? Is Amazon S3 OK?
I don't know much about this yet, but I want to learn. What literature on all this business to esteem?

I do not recommend using the cloud, because. while this is not a very developed type of service, to a greater extent, I think, due to low competition. There will be VERY expensive traffic on Amazon, I don’t know about azure, but google app engine A DAY will cost you like a very expensive server somewhere in Germany (http://www.hetzner.de/), only for a month, gg.
If you're not into scalability, read the articles on hiload etc. In my experience in social networks, the most important thing is the channel width, memcache, etc. - the server itself can handle the processing. Also, it is quite possible to buy 2 servers so that infa is simply replicated on the 2nd one, or you can parallelize the load in another way, depending on your tasks. At peak attendance, you need to have up to 100% of the standard capacity in stock.
Well, it is, at least.

You must remember that the cloud will be more expensive than a regular dedicate.
In the clouds, all traffic is paid.
The choice of cloud also depends on where your customers are located, if they are in Russia, then the delays to the cloud in America are quite significant.
Changing to a different database paradigm depends on the architecture of the application.
Yes, it's pretty good to store files from users in s3.
