Moving to a new domain without losing positions in the search results?

1. Is it possible to move to a new domain without losing your positions in Google search results? Now the site is in 3rd place for the main key request (first experience in SEO, the site is 2 months old). I will transfer the entire site straight, with all the content. I will change only the name of the "company" and the domain, respectively.
2. What is the correct step-by-step order? So that Google does not count this site as a double?
3. What is the probability that this algorithm will not work and I will lose positions? Here it is in numbers, according to your estimates.

Set up a page 301 redirect, as a rule, everything goes more or less smoothly. The last time I moved was quite a long time ago, I remember there was a drawdown for 1-2 weeks, but everything was restored (the structure of the site also changed a little). If the site structure remains the same, only the domain changes - usually everything goes less painfully.

Different domain = different site.
