Moving a WP site to a new domain?

Good day.

The situation is as follows - moved the site to a new domain. I created a subdomain, created a database, transferred all the files and database from the old domain, changed links through srdb, but the site does not open on the new domain, but transfers to the old one.

If you open the site in an incognito window, it loads, but without styles.

Can you please tell me what could have gone wrong? Thanks in advance.

A DNS entry must point to the new server. Plus there is a dns cache that you need to clean or change dns on your PC
