Mouse stops working in Visual Studio?

When you start Visual Studio (also Visual Studio Express), the mouse stops working, only reboot helps (the keyboard works). The mouse freezes already at the moment the loading dialog box appears.
I can not understand why this is happening, because everything worked well. I would be glad for help or a hint in which direction to drip, thanks.

Reinstall and check .. only after removal, clean the registry.
The assembly itself is also important, repack nerepak.

The thing is, the mouse stops working in VS, SharpDevelop, VS 2010 Express. Whether this is related to the IDE for C#, I do not understand (PyCharm works).
