Motodev Studio 2.2 doesn't see target

Hello!
I installed a development version for Androyd on my Eclipse computer - MotoDev Studio for Android 2.2.
Installed the JDK.
Download the emulator manager from Google.

The manager calmly creates the virtual devices I need, launches the long-suffering emulator (which is very slow ...) ... I
open Motodev, create a new project for Android.
But the environment does not see any device..(Target parameter). And without this, creating a project does not work ...

Tell me what I'm doing wrong?

P.S. you can create a virtual device directly from the development environment... Click on the Motodev->Add new device tab... a window opens asking you to give it a name... but then the Next button stubbornly refuses to lead the hapless developer further...

You can create a remote device. As I understand it, this is debugging on a real phone. Which, unfortunately, is not there yet ...

Thank you.
