Mother is alive?

When you start the PC, Bios is loading, but it stops at Post
0075. Googled it turned out to be the hard drive, turned it off and restarted, but still error 0075. Xs what to do, who can tell me what?
PS occasionally it runs like a normal pc

Error or hangs on post code 75?
If the latter, then it hangs on the definition of IDE devices - it makes sense to disable all IDE devices to check
