Most .exe files are infected with the "Win32.Neshta" virus, what should I do?

Once upon a time, I ran various jokes on my PC (i.e. a woman on a work table, etc.). After all this, most of the .exe files were infected with the "Something" virus. Now I have to permanently disable my antivirus (Malwarebytes Premium). No one steals data, everything is fine with application icons, their weight has not increased (as far as I know, the Neshta virus increases all .exe files by 45 mb). However, the system works stably...
I don't know what to do, only if all programs are deleted and re-downloaded + the virus is still in the registry + it also infected some system files...

Only treat.
You go to the official sites and download the kaspersky removal tool or drweb cleaner utility (they are free for home use), one is enough.
If the antivirus cannot cure the operating system from itself, and this happens, then you also download the choice of kaspersky free rescue disk ( instruction for usb) or drweb live disk and boot from them.
It often happens that the virus cannot be cured and you have to delete files, and if you can still easily fix everything with the operating system (run the standard Windows utility sfc / scannow, it will require an installation disk, you can download it from Microsoft or torrents, not assemblies, but official msdn images, choosing the correct version), then programs and games will need to be reinstalled
