Can a virus from an Android smartphone get into a computer?

Can a virus from an Android smartphone get into a computer? Provided that the phone is connected to different computers through the "lace", but only obviously clean files are copied. Testimonials from personal experience are welcome :)

On an android in flash drive mode, autoruns and similar heresy can crawl, then the android itself can buggy detect a flash drive and naturally smash it on computers, if you connect in mtp mode it should be safer
