More visualized GTD with diagrams and pictures?

Good day, habrochitatel!
There are already many questions about the ideal GTD, so I will be brief so as not to abuse your time.
Is there any GTD in which it would be possible to quickly work with graphics? Do not attach a file to the task, but sketch a simple diagram or sketch of a picture right inside the task. At a minimum, so that you can make something like a pair of circles connected by an arrow, and, as a maximum, so that little men run along one of them, and the second is a watermelon.
Thanks in advance.
UPD. For those who think that I don't know what GTD is, I know it. Only when you need to add pendants to the bridge, or change the order of the scenes, for example, it is much easier to draw these very “pendants”, and schematically sketch what exactly needs to be done with the scenes.
Not everyone writes code, some make cartoons ;)
