More questions about remote work?

Yes, I searched but didn't find it...
I have a few questions regarding remote work as a php developer. I only worked as a freelancer, but I want to get a stable job, full-time.
1. Is it even possible to find a full-time job remotely?
2. What guarantees are there? Contracts, registration in the state, other methods.
3. Are there any social guarantees such as vacation or sick leave.
4. Maybe there is a "hybrid" work option - for example, come to the office a couple of times a month, but mostly work remotely from another city.
5. Do recruiting agencies work with such applicants? And does it make sense to contact them in this way?

Everything is.
But you need to understand that full-time remote work is unusual for most employers, and in most tasks it is easier to freelance remote work.
Therefore, the number of such vacancies is very limited.
In my life I met a couple of such people, but each time it was a rather unique situation. Here is the 4th option, a hybrid one, you can try to negotiate, but not always right away.

Now full-time remote work is very popular in the US. Maybe you should look towards foreign companies?
For example, here you can send your resume to the list of employers for remote work:
talentboard.me/candidate
And here are some very interesting vacancies:
