Moonlight connection is lost when the display is turned off?

I use the Moonlight application to stream games from PC to smart via nvidia geforce experience. The TV is connected to the PC as a monitor. There is such a problem, it started after reinstalling Windows, during streaming, if you turn off the TV, the connection to the PC is interrupted, you turn it back on, the connection is restored. Before reinstalling Windows, this was not the case. Maybe someone knows what could be the problem?
