Monotonous wavy sound of the cooler, how to eliminate?

Hello! I recently purchased a monoblock HP All-In-One 24-Df0xxx. And it turned out to have one unpleasant feature - the undulating noise of the cooler, which constantly sounds in the background, is not loud, but it becomes simply unbearable to work...
If you put your hand on the case in the upper left corner, the sound almost disappears! Please tell me how can I fix this defect?

Today I took it to the service, but the technician generally said that this is how it should work, this is a design feature, and if everything inside is in order, they will not do anything., like this. But this should not be, there may be a cooler sound, but it should be monotonous, not undulating. I have a lot of equipment, but not a single laptop, system unit works like this candy bar.

Rather, the imbalance of the processor cooler, which howls at low speeds, and chirps at high speeds. If the repairman is qualified, he will determine this malfunction by ear. This is the manufacturer's stock. Thanks to
the current laws, it is possible to torment the buyer without exchanging the goods and without returning the money. This is how you suffer for
your money, you lose time, which means money ...

I have the same problem with this model! All sorts of updates and manipulations did not help, HP support also turned out to be useless. After two days of torment, they decided to return it. The service was ready to take it, but fortunately, the store returned the money under their program as for a new product, since this annoying undulating hum was not heard in the store due to the playing music. Very sorry for the lost time and plus disappointment in the purchase
