Monitoring outgoing traffic in the office?

Good afternoon everyone.
They decided to add a touch of totalitarianism to the office and introduce a bag of repression into the current workfall. The bottom line is that the authorities want to monitor outgoing traffic from workstations in real time. To have a reason to poke. Is there any means with normal usability?
Thanks in advance for your reply.

1. You can use a proxy on which to keep statistics. Most likely, bumping will also be needed in order to see not an abstract vk.com, but a specific url inside it.
2. You can put the SMP, though it will not be a "note" of totalitarianism, but a powerful chord: D SMP allows you to monitor anything, including outgoing traffic. The operational report of the Stakhanovite is a thing that you can look at like fire - without looking up :)
