System restore via Live CD with stack trace error(boot)?

Hello.
The point is this. Rewrote the system through dd and mixed up the disks. In general, the fs did not answer. After dancing with a tambourine , I restored the system to its original volume.
That is, yes, I found all the system files from this mess and simply copied them to the root directory with their system names (usr, var, bin, etc ..).
The system started, but an error similar to this one got out .
In general, everything has already been covered in Google, but there errors are absolutely not of my type.
I just think that some file is missing. The crux of the question is: Will a live cd help me recover these hypothetically lost files?
PS 08/10/2016
In general, I figured it out. In order to correctly transfer the disk through dd, it was necessary to create a disk of exactly the same size. I reinstalled the system, the benefit of the old / home was completely restored.

Perhaps a clean installation of the same distribution will help, and only then copy your files.
Only binaries I would not copy. It is better to put the software in a new way and change the configs in /etc
