I am changing the wiring in the apartment, I want to put some device at the entrance to monitor the current energy consumption, network voltage (now there is an old mechanical electric meter at the entrance - it will remain standing, and the device is planned to be installed in the apartment), I would still like to be able to take graphs, statistics for display in real time (on a computer).
I met such devices, but either in the form of modules for 1-2 sockets (the power is not enough) or in the form of tricked-out electric meters (I would not want to overpay for unnecessary functionality).

Many digital meters have RS232 for reading. Look for example among the list of types and the topic on ixbt . Some even have a GSM module that they often put in transformer boxes.
Such a meter can be installed in series with yours or invite electricians to replace your main one. In the second case, there may be issues with access to the interface, it is under seal. This miracle is sold freely and everywhere.

Maybe add a sensor to the old counter that will count the revolutions? (There is usually a mark on the disk.) The number of revolutions per unit of time is consumption.

I advise you to refuse the old meter - my old mechanical one, delivered in the early 90s, it turns out that from all sorts of glitches and old age it wound up to 50 kW per month extra, on the new one with the same consumption there is no such cheat, I ordered a meter change last fall
