Monitoring and storing Windows event logs?

Good day to all.

Tell me how and how you monitor Windows event logs on Zabbix?
Is it possible to implement something like a storage of Windows server logs in zabbix. In case the server is not available, so that Event logs can be viewed in zabbix?
