Monitor for 3d and graphics with a student budget?

I choose between BenQ BL2411PT and ASUS VS24AHL, the budget is limited, because I am a hungry student =____=, and I need a monitor for work right now, I work most of all in 3d max, AutoCad, Zbrush, PS, Corel Painter.
Initially, I almost didn’t buy a 27 'monitor, AOC i2757Fm, but then suddenly, I realized its resolution (1920x1080). And for graphics, this is not suitable with such a diagonal, in my still unenlightened view. And the money came out great! T_T
In addition, I decided that the aspect ratio of 16:10 would be a priority (although I haven’t worked with such a monitor yet).
The BenQ BL2411PT review, of course, is better lit and it is wildly popular, but there are few reviews about the ASUS VS24AHL, the review of his brother ASUS VS24AH is not as inspiring as the BenQ, but unfortunately I don’t understand monitors, and I don’t know how to choose, and even with limited budget and time to choose and buy.
If there is a fundamental difference between them (monitors), and will it be so obvious during operation?
Please help to resolve this situation /can you recommend any alternative?/ (Budget 300-385$)
Thank you ^____^

In general, BenQ is good, but now it costs a lot. Maybe it makes sense to push yourself and buy something with a resolution of 2560x1440?
