Money transfer from a company from France to an individual in the Russian Federation. How?
The question is rather domestic, not IT. I got into an accident in France on my car. Contacted the insurance culprit. They agreed to pay the damages. They offered to write a check. Given the stiffness of our banks, I refused and offered to make a bank transfer. They agreed and started asking for details. I sent them all the information that I found on the page of my bank ( https://alfabank.ru/sochi/essential/dataper/), but it was not there. They bypassed my details and started asking for IBAN and BIK separately. Alfabank said that there is no IBAN in principle. They gave BIK, but warned that no international transfers were made through it and sent for the correct details at the above link. I gave all the information to the insurance officer, and he sent everything further to the payments department. Translation failed. For some reason, I was again asked for the BIC and my account number, and then the VO code. In alphabank, the operators again did not understand what I was asking them for. I found a table of these codes with what seems to be necessary: 70110 - calculations of non-residents in favor of residents related to the payment of insurance compensation under a contract of insurance or Reinsurance. They also asked for TIN. I gave mine and the bank. Translation failed. Now they are there again find out among themselves, what else can I ask for, and I want to turn to your experience. Has anyone received a money transfer from a foreign company? What details did you provide for this operation?

You can open an account at https://www.epayments.com/ (It is possible both in EUR and USD)
Bank details for replenishing it will be available in your personal account, which you will inform the insurance company.
And then you can either withdraw through the exchanger to your alpha account, or, by ordering an ePayments debit card, withdraw directly from an ATM
