MODX REVO how to make a simple component?

Friends, tell me please, direct how you can make a component or what it's called.
There is a task, a window pops up on the page with questions, a form. The user simply selects an answer and submits the form. It's all simple and clear. There are no questions here.

The question is, how is this data, date, URL of the current page, and the answer. Write to MODX database? And how to display all this in the admin panel? Somehow so that it would be displayed.

Maybe there is some kind of addition that you yourself could create something similar in MODX? Or do you really have to learn how to make components - add-ons in MODX? (well, about ordering freelance, this is understandable).
The question is how, with your knowledge of MODX and the base in PHP, can this be implemented? Is there a way to do this without diving into addon development for MODX?

If it's quite simple, so as not to bother with the components, you can do this - see how MIGX DB works, for example. It may well give you the desired table view in the admin.
And how to write there - look at XPDO, pull MODX through AJAX and save it to the database.

Still simpler than migxdb.
Here's an extra, here it's business for one can of beer and a free evening. For good, everything is already in the blank, you just need to:
1) slightly expand the table schema to suit your needs (5-10 minutes)
2) dig extjs for your own requirements (20-60 minutes)
3) write a plugin for writing the selected information by the user into component (30-60 minutes)
I write time with a margin, just in case.
