Why is there no "create child document" button in MODX Revo?

I've already broken my head, I can't understand why when I right-click on a resource there is no "create> child document" there is just "create> document" What is it connected with?9fe8a30ca8214739a7e34324377c0378.png

When you right click on a folder, that will be the child resource.
It can also be convenient to select the "Quick Create" item so that the admin panel does not restart again.
