Modx revo addons not loading in wamp server?

Locally installed revo on wamp server. Installation was successful, no errors. I go into the add-ons and no add-on from the repository is installed. They don't even show up in searches.
What is the problem?

Now the most popular answer will be, put it on a normal server) It happened that the Modx repository hung for a while. Try to connect a third-party repository , to exclude this option.

Either the repository has gone down again, or the firewall may be blocking the download.
