How to replace a comma when transliterating alias?

There is a task when transliterating alias to replace a comma with a hyphen.
Is there such an option "out of the box"? Or, is it just to write a plugin for the resource creation event and parse alias in it yourself?

In the system settings in "Characters cut from the alias" add a comma.
