Modx main page not working?

Hello.
Transferred from one hosting to another site on modx revo 2.2, everything works in it, but not the main page has become some kind of curve, it seems that the scripts were not loaded or not all css codes sat down. But the same scripts are on other pages, they all work properly. I don't even know where to dig. Maybe something with file/folder permissions?

I found the answer myself. To your question. I looked in the console, it turns out that for some reason a 403 error pops up on css and js files, I just had to set them chmod 644 again
