Good afternoon, I encountered such a problem, after transferring the site from local to hosting, in the admin panel, with any click, a notification about the completion of all sessions became. I checked the paths, reinstalled again, cleared the cache.

The bug is connected with the crooked Russification of the admin panel.
In the settings of the admin panel "System Settings", in the settings category - "Lexicon and Language" (Languages), you need to set the English language for the settings "Manager Language" (Language of the admin panel)
When ru is installed, this notification about the end of sessions appears and the layout of the admin panel itself flies (top horizontal menu disappears).

There was a similar problem after installation, but I changed the PHP version on the hosting to 7.1 (it was 7.2) and the window did not appear anymore.

I have the same problem after updating to the latest version. But English is not very convenient. how to solve differently? So that the admin panel is in Russian?
