Modules for layout in Visual Studio 2017?

I'm new to VS, are there modules to make it easier to typeset? For example, commenting on a selected section of code, autosaving with each click, and so on. No need to send to Google, if I ask, then it did not help

In general, all this is out of the box, just google how it is used.
But I'm not sure that you need a layout studio. It's like digging a hole for a flower with a backhoe. It is better to look towards editors, for example, from the same MicroSoft there is Visual Studio Code. It's much lighter and more front-end tuned.

Googled badly. Commenting on the selected is a regular function of the vizhla in general.
Saving with each click - it's not at all clear where you click.
What kind of etc. is also unclear.
