Link Shortening

Modifiable link shortener

Is there a link shortener with the ability to change links?

For example, today tinyurl.com/aaa123 leads to google.com, and tomorrow so that I can change it to yandex.ru?

I do not want to buy a separate domain and hosting for this. Maybe this can be done using DynDNS + amazon? Where can I see an example?

What other options might there be?

Well, yes, but on the other hand, nothing prevents me from doing it on my own hosting. I understand that there is a question about the purpose of the hammer. And the question turns from “today you hammered a nail, and tomorrow you broke someone's head” :) But still, a hammer is needed to drive nails.
There is no desire to buy hosting and domain. Probably there is some free hosting on which you can even put .htaccess and bind DynDNS to it.

Google URL Shortener for your domain
But you won’t be able to connect to the DynDNS domain, because their admin panel is very truncated (in the free version), and Google needs to create some (Ah, if I’m not mistaken) record with certain content for checking if the domain belongs to you.
