Is there an API for vk.cc?
If not, is it possible to somehow shorten links using vk.cc from the server (by sending a POST request with certain data)?
If not, what is a similar service that would not block VKontakte?
I will describe why I need this - there is a public with auto-posting, each time you need to give a link to different pages.
A full link can contain a very large number of characters, it would be very good to shorten it with the vk.cc service, since links of this type are less "pale" for the user.
