Modern blogging platforms?

Good afternoon. I want to create my own programming blog to outline my knowledge and also share my experience with other people, but I don’t want to spend time writing this whole thing and start right away. Are there any modern platforms where a developer can share knowledge, but so that it would be like his personal page. Kind of like LiveJournal. In general, the requirements are quite simple:

1. The site must support categorization
   
2. Preferably a modern design similar to
   
3. Not a general blog, where there is a stream of articles from different authors, but a personal space
   

Please tell me if there are such platforms.
