Model entries are not displayed in the admin panel, but in the shell through Model.objects.all() they are displayed in the console, how to fix this?

The model itself is registered in admin.py. An entry created through the admin panel is displayed in the admin panel and in the shell, but entries created in the shell do not get into the admin panel.
