How to place an order in one click bypassing the basket?

How to make it possible to place an order bypassing the basket i.e. selected a product, clicked the button to buy in one click, filled out a form in which all the parameters of the product will be transferred?
Like here soccershop.ru/ button buy in 1 click.

2. Redirect to the payment form.
3. The user enters the data ( Address, contact details ), then pays
