Hello!
If someone has experience, please tell me the solution to make a mobile version on an existing Wordpess site with a non-responsive theme.
I bought WPTouch Pro - I didn’t like it, because everything is closed there and you have to pay for every step.
The best solution, in my opinion, is to automatically display a different topic if they come from mobile.
Is there a verified one?

The most correct decision is to buy/make an adaptive theme.
Implemented functionality with changing the theme on the fly. There are many nuances and pitfalls. Then they still made one adaptive theme.
Now through the media you can do almost everything.

You can connect another style file and correct all sizes through media, but leave the markup. Another option is to redirect to the m.site.ru subdomain. But still it is better to make the site adaptive.

No, such a solution is not suitable, since the functionals should be different. For example, in the mobile version, you need to call right away, the order form is different, the menu content is different, and much more.
On m.site.ru it is also not suitable, since you will have to duplicate content, it’s bad to follow this + for statistics.
