Mobile proxies. Does a wired connection affect the speed of mobile proxies?

Hello, sorry for being such a noob. There is a task to deliver mobile proxies. There are two providers, the first provider connects a maximum of 100 Mbps with static. The second 500 Mbps. So, the question is: does the speed of the main Internet connection affect the speed of mobile proxies? (I want to put about 50 ports).

What kind of question?)
It is clear that the speed of the channel from proxy consumers to you is important.
For each port at full simultaneous load you can apply 100 / 50 = 2 Mbps if you set it to 100 Mbps and 500 / 50 = 10 Mbps if you set it to 500 Mbps.
Connection to proxies can go both to a static address (if the provider can give one) and to a domain (you can make your own domain and change the A record with a script when changing the IP address, or you can implement this through DDNS). But of course it's better to have a static IP.
The speed of the proxies themselves, like SIM cards in the port, does not depend on the cable.
It depends on the obstacles on the way to the base station of the mobile operator and the workload of the base station. As practice shows, from 7-9 in the morning until midnight, base stations experience some difficulties with the load. Accordingly, at this time, the proxy speed will drop.
Also, the speed depends on the modernity of the equipment at the base station and the type of connection to the operator's network: it can be either optics or a radio channel. Often, it is the base stations that are connected to the operator's network via a radio channel that work more slowly.
The speed also depends on the carrier. Low-cost carriers with no limits experience a constant load on the base stations and, moreover, most likely cut the speed of the no-limits themselves.

If the proxy consumes 100mb, then the speed will be divided further, or how you set it up ...
depends on the total speed needed for the proxy
