Phone turns on and works. But the white screen stays on all the time. What can happen?

the cable died, the firmware died (although from your words it works - the phone itself means it works), the firewood on the screen may have died. unambiguously in the SC, or if there are hands, we take a T3-T5 screwdriver and twist and look at the cable, if the cable is in order, we change it.
