Are there such applications for Android?

I have been a big fan of the android system for several years now, but there are a few small features missing. Through the search engine, answers are poorly looked for (probably problems with the directness of the hands), maybe one of the experts will tell you whether such applications exist or not yet.
Android version 5.0.1
1. Recommend an application for listening to mp3 files with the ability to increase the playback speed by one and a half to two times.
2. What is the fastest way to close all running applications? More than a dozen active applications accumulate in a day and it is tiring to close them in the evening every time (you need a simple application with one button, when pressed, all running applications are closed)
3. Some applications even after closing their tabs continue to work in the background. What is the fastest way to close them? Now it has to be done like this: settings-> applications-> running-> application selection-> stop. Torrents and social networks are especially guilty of this
4. How can I turn on / off the power saving mode myself? Now the system offers to switch to this mode only when the remaining 15% of the charge. Sometimes you need to turn on this mode with a balance of 20-30%.

2.3: if you put, for example, System Panel , the widget SystemPanel: End All will appear in the list of available widgets. Surely, such a widget can be found in any task killer.
But: all this turbulence with the closure of programs is not really needed. If you have problems with power consumption, they are solved in two ways:
1. By analyzing installed programs using the same SystemPanel and WakeLockDetector (there are a couple more useful utilities, you can search about them on w3bsit3-dns.com), uninstalling unnecessary programs that eat up the battery, and using the Crystallize function 3C Toolbox programs, which stupidly prevents the program from working in the background. You will get real results only if some buggy program is to blame for the battery drain, which you identify and demolish, or if your device is really clogged with all sorts of garbage that hangs in the background and does something all the time. Otherwise, you are just wasting your time.
2. Buying a normal device with a normal battery (>=3Ah). For example, Lenovo P780 (the device is not the best, but the battery is excellent), LG G2, Sony Z2 \ 3. I'm sure there are others, but these are the ones I've personally used. After the experience of using such devices, it is somehow ridiculous to recall the useless and time-consuming "battle for interest" on every little thing with <3Ah batteries; and you don’t have to deal with any unnatural and harmful nonsense with task killers either. This is the only true way for today.

4. First option: Settings -> Battery -> Extras. menu (three dots in the upper right corner) -> Power saving mode.
The second option: Pull the notification curtain to the end -> Click on the battery icon with percentages in the status bar -> More. menu (three dots in the upper right corner) -> Power saving mode.

2.3. Download some taskkiller program. There are both paid and free ones. They can kill processes one at a time, or in most cases there is a "end all" button, so most often you can add something to the exceptions (so that when using the above-mentioned button they do not close, also in normal programs most often some exceptions are formed)
----
So - I would advise you to change the firmware to some custom one. I haven’t used android for a long time, but cyanogenMod firmware used to be popular (and not in vain). In normal firmware, items 2,3,4 are already implemented initially in most cases. to enable energy saving there is a widget in the blind, and there is already a task-killer configured to manage processes.

I use this option for some audio books, Smart AudioBook Player

1. Personally, I use Podcast Addict, it changes the speed with almost no pitch increase, probably at the cost of downsampling. It seems to be up to 3x maximum, I usually listen at 1.2x
2. Are you sure you need this? If you are talking about a list called by a button with a square, then not working applications are displayed there, but the last registered Activities, do not believe it - restart the phone :) moreover, android almost does not keep running applications at all, they all suspend, only some activities remain for which wakelock is set (your point 3 ), search for this term in the playstore full of apps to control them.
4.In the quick settings curtain, tap on the battery, in the screen that opens in the three-dot menu there is a battery saver, you go there :)

If specifically for taskkillers, then DS Battery Saver (not DU Battery Saver), in the "Rough" mode, kills everything, the phone just sleeps. With the same load, Samsung GNII began to work twice as long, I didn’t believe it myself at first.
