Mobile network simulation?

Are there any programs for modeling the location of base stations (various configurations of equipment and antennas) on the ground (at least without taking into account the features of the terrain).
And also advise a book on connecting base station equipment.

It's called radio planning and of course there are many competing products.
How about without taking into account? Or do you just need to pick up pieces of iron from different vendors in the core network? Well, it's not serious ...
