Mistakes while working with the example?

Hello.
When working with the example , various errors appeared during the input npm install: I rolled back the Python version to 2.7, I installed the Windows 7 64-bit SDK.
Now the error is as follows:
How to deal with this?

Carefully look at the documentation: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/y6b12xkc.aspx
and check permissions to access the library.

My advice to you: take a virtual box & vagrant, put ubuntu 14.04 there and don't suffer.
