We bought on Friday an Xbox 360 slim with a kinect for 10,490 rubles, when checking the package it was said that a coupon for a month was probably in a package with a disc, but at home we didn’t find anything anywhere.
In MS technical support, to find out where to look, do not get through, apparently they do not work on weekends.
Shop - kay, maybe you saw the banner on the hub on the right :)
Prefix from the showcase, i.e. unpacked in advance, and the subscription could be stupidly stolen from the warehouse.
What to do? The store, of course, will send, but tomorrow I'll call.

For starters, of course, contact the store. I had a similar situation when buying a TV, they promised a subscription to SMARTkino. It was not included in the set. I called the store - they said that a subscription is not offered for this region.

I'm not sure if this will help you, but when I bought the Xbox 360 Slim a few months ago, the subscription was also missing. Either this is a trend in which sellers are not involved or they brazenly steal cards (I believe more in the 2nd option).
