2 days ago, the cameras stopped working, Skype wrote that it was not there, rebooted the computer, everything was fine ... But yesterday everything happened again. And no matter how strange it is today, I looked into the equipment, when the camera is not working it is an Unknown device. When the camera was working, I looked vid_1bcf&pid_2c18.. Laptop Acer aspire v3-571g.. Help who knows what the problem is and how to solve it. I will be very grateful

Rather it is a hardware problem of the camera/camera cable.
