I think this is related to the engine, because it does not work in all browsers on the chromium engine

Заменено/объединено на "Просмотреть код", открывает с выделенным элементом, если жать мышкой. А если сочетанием клавиш Ctrl+Shift+I или F12, то открывает с курсором на body.
