Missing sound drivers on laptop. No audio devices found. I downloaded the new NvidiaHD Audio drivers, there were no problems installing this software, but as soon as I clicked "fix problems", I got an error installing the driver. What to do? Nothing works in safe mode either.
Booted from Linux via a USB flash drive - everything worked.

Try to remove the devices through the manager and reinstall, the laptop was not flooded before, not when?
