Missing programs from the Start menu -> All applications, how to fix?

In general, the old problem was reanimated: I closed the lid of the laptop, after a couple of hours I open it - the screen does not start. I pressed the POWER button and the laptop turned off. When I turned it back on, I noticed a problem with Start.
Problem: programs from "Start -> All applications" suddenly disappeared on the laptop. As a result, there is an empty window!!!

check if the programs from C:\Program Files have disappeared for a start.... maybe there was a system rollback....
