I just installed ubuntu on a virtual machine, installed the Tweaks program, to increase the interface, as it says here How to increase the scale in Ubuntu 19.10? . But for some reason, after rebooting, the entire interface flew, FIG knows what to do

I don't know if it will help, but there are 5 methods that I know.
1. After entering the desktop, press the key combination alt + f2 in the command input field, type r and press enter
2. Just do Log on / Log in (Exit and log in in short)
3. Open the terminal and gnome-shell --replace
enter 4. In the terminal, enter sudo systemctl restart systemd-logind
5. In the terminal entersudo systemctl restart gdm
