Missing images when migrating a site?

What could be the reason for this?
transferred the site to a new server
on the site, most of the pictures are not there
, going to the admin panel, they seem to be there, but they seem to be not

in the inspector if you look, there are no addresses to the pictures at all

Judging by the fact that there are no additional images, the database was somehow transferred crookedly. Check if there are pictures in the database.
