Missing DNS on the network?
In the working group DNS disappears by itself. And only on hosts under Windows.
On OSX, iOS and Android everything is fine. It also mysteriously appears in telenia for half an hour or three hours.
The server is running Kerio Control (the latest under Windows) and the DNS service is enabled there. The Windows DNS server role is disabled. At what on problem hosts both my server and 8.8.8.8 are registered in DNS. I tried to remove the server, change DNSs to others, restart the "DNS Client" and I'll never know what's going on.
In the logs, the problem was registered only once and sounded like this:
[29/Oct/2015 11:41:10] Socket error: Unable to bind socket for DNS request on interface XX.XX.XX.XX
[29/Oct/2015 11:41 :10] Socket error: Failed to forward DNS query to 8.8.8.8.
With a server - it's clear, there may be problems, but why don't Google DNS work either? Who knows - help.

Today it happened again.
The problem was solved in 5 minutes by replacing the Kerio DNS server with a standard Windows one.
At the time of the problem, port 53 was not occupied by any program, after - dns.exe.
Thanks to everyone ( Maksim ldv ) for their interest and advice.
