So technical support says that you need to boot with noapic since there is no such controller. But before, everything was loaded. Where could he have gone? Debian/Lenny system.

Here is the answer from support:
The problem is of a periodic nature and, unfortunately, now we are not ready to describe to you the reasons why Kernel Panic occurs, there is no emulation of this controller in Hyper-v technology, i.e. it wasn't there before. Setting the boot option "noapic" allows you to get rid of the system crash with this error.
