Mint 13(KDE) - Android device connects - network and device crashes?

Hello.
The situation is the following.
I'm a bit of an Android developer, recently I decided to switch to Linux, now I'm using (Mint 13 - KDE).
Well, a strange thing, when you connect an Android device. It connects, in the device connection settings I see it for a couple of seconds, then the network is cut down tightly and the device itself disappears and I can’t do anything with it (with the network), just reboot.
At the expense of the network (to re-enable), then I tried

sudo service network-manager stop
sudo service network-manager start

And this is how the connection to the Android device was configured.
vim /etc/udev/rules.d/51-android.rules
SUBSYSTEM=="usb", ATTR{idVendor}=="04e8", MODE="0666", GROUP="plugdev"
chmod a+r /etc/udev/rules.d/51-android.rules

Here is the article,
developer.android.com/tools/device.html
But with this article I tried to connect it as a disk, I just got to the last point, now I don’t know how to mount it. I did everything up to mounting
blog.mpshouse.com/?p=609
I want the device to work constantly without crashes and the network does not crash.
Device Samsung Galaxy s3 - Android 4.1
What is the reason, what is the problem, what is wrong?
Thank you!

Something is not clear to you, everything is mixed up: network, usb and disk mounting.
It would not be bad to write what you are trying to do:
1. Development, connect via USB?
2. Development, connect via WiFi?
3. Access files via MTP?

1. Development, connect via USB.
But I would also like the phone to be mounted as a separate folder when connected.
I described my actions.
I would be glad for any hint! Because I don't know which way to look.

The simplest solution is to install cyanogenmod.
toist needs to be reflashed,
Something is not very desirable. Well, then you have to test on the emulator, and then on the phone. The emulator also became very nimble in 10 seconds and compiled, debugging for 15-20 seconds.
