MiniPC (non-android) for TV?

Looking for multimedia PC for TV. There are a couple of android consoles, not the weakest at the time of purchase, but I don't want to buy an android box every year.
Requirements:
non-android and don't even tempt
torrents don't need
wifi don't need
1G LAN
NFS and/or SMB support is required.
SATA does not need to
play FullHD video without much straining
the ability to watch from online cinemas (there is probably a question of supporting DRM content)
compactness so that you can hang it on a TV set from behind.

Of the cheap ones, I did not find anything suitable for such purposes. I recently bought an inexpensive gigabyte brix with a weak processor, but it froze on video all the time. I had to return, pay extra and take the same brix with an I3 processor. Not cheap, but runs like it should.
