Not certainly in that way. Even if he didn’t beat off electricity, then no one would deal with it. Let's just say that it does not beat off on household appliances. If you create farms from modern ASIC miners, then this is a completely different story.
Therefore, the topic has become narrower. Now professional miners are doing this, and not any schoolboy with his own video card, so there is much less noise in the network.
